Zoom In Your Room” allows you to access real time, authentic, present teachings in the comfort of your own home or room.
Kimberly offers a unique approach utilizing aspects and teachings from many different forms of yoga, movement modalities, rehab modality (DNS) meditation and self massage. She often focuses on functional and anatomical approaches to postures and breath work in addition to the sacred teachings of yoga. These classes are set up in a supportive environment so that you can explore and optimize your own natural movement. Work hard or work in! Kimberly uses options so that you can pace yourself and move in a way that works best for you.

ROLL WITH IT CLASSES

Roll With It”, is 30 to 45 minutes of much KNEADed self care. Each class contains valuable rolling techniques targeting high tension areas and those nooks and crannies you may have forgotten about. Using these easy self massage tools can have a profound effect on how you move and relate to your body. At the end of each class, we’ll roll into relaxation. Don’t have Yoga Tune Up Therapy balls? You can use tennis balls in a long sock to replace the Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls regular size.
